very simply done.
get one 8 foot long 2″x12″ plank.
get one 40lb propane cylinder, preferably empty.
lay propane cylinder on its side.
place plank on cylinder.
profit.
possible improvements include removing splintery pieces from plank, adding handles, stabilizing fulcrum point.
already i can see the advantage to having an adjustable see saw: partners of disparate weight rejoice!
