Geese!

took this this past sunday while out with charlotte. this was with my “old” lens, the full frame 35-135 f3.5-4.5. zoomed in the 135mm effectively becomes a 1.6*135 = ~ 216mm lens on a crop frame sensor camera (like my 20d.) having something above 200mm comes in handy for shots like these…

the color of the lens is a bit flatter than my main walkabout lens, the tamron 17-50 f2.8, but it’s still plenty sharp.

interestingly the gosling had a band on his ankle too. charlotte wanted to go pet them but i had to keep pulling her back.
