    A good ball park for the plate choke is (my method) 8 henries per 1000 ohms of nominal load impedance. Less than half that is serious lost bass. More than twice that is probably overkill.
    Given choke L and load R, a good ballpark for the cap is 2.5*L/(R-squared). Less than .7 times that loses some bass, more than twice that risks too low and too reactive a load on the tube's plate in the deep bass.
