   benny has not seen the portrait yet. it was taken this morning.

   the picture of char was when she was playing on the rocks at chili’s.

   she’s playing on the tracks because she likes trains.

   i figured at least this way i had a chance to teach her that shiny tracks means trains still go on them, and to always look both ways before stepping across them. if there was a train coming i’d teach her the sound it makes through the rails. i THINK there’s one that goes by there at 6pm…
